Here they finally are, after such a long wait: the Fusion of Steven and Sapphire, Druzy Quartz 2.0!
This is the second of three Steven-Sapphire Fusions, but this is the only one that is actually "Pure" (the others being with Sapphy and Padparadscha).
They are marked as "2.0" due to them being the secondary version of the Fusion of Rose Quartz' Fusion with Sapphire, which are two completely different entities due to Steven being his own entity separate from his mother. Whenever Ruby and Sapphire are unFused from Garnet, Steven and Sapphire get along very well. They are always laughing and playing with one another, and see each other as close siblings. Sapphire can be a bit cold (pun intended) sometimes, but Steven always manages to break her out of her shell.
This close, loving bond is expressed through Druzy Quartz 2.0: they are a kind-hearted and compassionate Fusion. They tend to carefully think things out beforehand, not wanting to cause any unnecessary trouble without considering any other alternatives to the choices they decide to make. They are level-headed and calm, and is generally a soft-spoken individual. Though, behind their composure and loving demeanor, they are a hardened warrior, skillful in battle and ferocious fighter.

They are the exact opposite of Cherry Quartz 2.0.

No, onto Druzy Quartz 2.0's design.
They are their own being, separate from the original, but due to Steven's Gemstone being his mother's, their Gems (Sapphire's and Steven's) Fuse to create the same type of being, but totally different at the same time. Their skin is a mixture of Sapphire's blue pigment and Steven's natural human skin, forming a light indigo shade. They have a huge mass of hair swathed all around their body, which is a lot bigger than that of Defective Druzy's. It is a mixture of the two respective hairstyles: it possesses Sapphire's length and thickness, but Steven's curliness and fluffiness. It is filled with different shades of pink, blue and purple, and is speckled with countless tiny, glimmering stars. Druzy Quartz 2.0 possesses three arms: one left, two right, with the right pair conjoined at the shoulder.
Druzy Quartz 2.0's outfit is Steven and Sapphire's own outfits layered atop each other, but unique at the same time. They wear Sapphire's gloves on two of their three arms, the third being bare. They also wear Steven's shirt, which is tied by a knot underneath their right arms (similarly to Cherry Quartz 2.0, forming yet another similarity between the two), but apparently lack any other torso clothing. They also wear Steven's shorts, and is barefoot. Sapphire's frilled dress, however, is tied around their waist by a bow, forming a kind of tomboy look.

Defective Druzy's weapon is an Icicle Shield, which is a Fusion of Steven's shield and Sapphire's cryokinesis (ice manipulation abilities). It may just seem like a flashy blue shield at first, but don't underestimate its power - it can fire jagged shards of ice at lightning speed without warning, and can also stretch and shorten on a whim. It can also spin on its circumference, forming a blurring mass of jagged ice shards.  It's both a defensive and offensive weapon, rolled into one.
